I’m in the process of organising a bit of a revival of my jewellery which is super exciting! It’s been a big year, I moved from the city to the beach, started a bachelor of environmental science and got a new job (one where I am fortunate enough to afford materials to create again!) I’m aiming at creating a new website to purchase from too, this will be a part time job for me as I have a lot of energy in my studies. But I’m so excited to get creative again!

I’m on school holidays at the moment, and since I don’t have a job I have all this free time I haven’t seen for so long, it feels amazing. I’m not as stressed and I’m almost overwhelmed with creative inspiration.
I’ve baked 2 cakes and cooked several new recipes, which is a relief because I am getting sick of the same go-to meals.
I’ve been pacing with my notebook in front of the heater (because Melbourne is freezing!) sketching and mapping out ideas for where I want my business to go, watching tutorials and researching. It’s crazy how much work goes into designing and organising, not just the creating part of designing jewellery (among other things) but website, design for a website, drawing, ordering stock and how I’ll want to send things out etc. My biggest problem is always thinking too big and getting overwhelmed without taking small steps. I have so many good ideas I just want to get making now but I don’t have the tools to do so yet, especially without a work bench to access on holidays, frustrating! But I’m going to be doing a bit of an etsy makeover for my macrame in the coming week so stay tuned!
